What are the main categories of a home inspection?

There are several major components of a home inspection, 

  1. The foundation
  2. Roof
  3. Exteriors including siding, windows, doors, grading, decks/patos, and much more.
  4. Attic Space: Structure, signs of leaking, insulation, ventilation, evidence of any, birds, rodents or other pests.
  5. Plumbing including running water through the faucets, fixtures, toilets, showers and tubs, Water heater, and more.
  6. Furnace
  7. AC system
  8. Electrical panels
  9. Interiors such as windows, interior doors, signs of water intrusion, operating the kitchen appliances to test functionality and more.  

We also use the most up to date tools such as thermal cameras (included with every inspection), drones for the roof, Carbon Monoxide Detectors
